Croatia... August, 1999... Crystal clean and warm Adriatic sea...
I stayed at a hotel in Icici, it's a place near Opatija. Opatija is a tourist town near a port city Rijeka. I've seen almost all Istra Peninsula (unfortunately mostly through a bus window), islands Cres and Krk and National Park Plitvice Lakes (pics from there take the whole next page)... And... yes. Croatia is one of the most beautiful countries I've ever seen!
