I've been to Egypt twice (in March 1996 and November 1997). This is a country with history going back to thousands of years and a plenty of tourists from all over the world. And the Arabs is a nation with quite a specific mentality which is maybe a little bit similar to Russian one. I've visited many places in Egypt: Cairo, Sinai peninsula, Luxor and  Hurgada (a town at the Red Sea shore filled with Russian tourists).
I put Egyptian photos to two pages. After looking at this page don't forget to go to the second one.
